Animal Licensing: The Village of Somerset mandates that all dogs and cats be licensed once they are old enough to receive rabies vaccinations. All animals are to be licensed each calendar year by March 1st, after this date there will be a late fee assessed. This is not applicable to those residents that have moved into the Village after March 1st. download application
