The
benefits stated herein are based on the current labor agreement.
- Starting base pay- $17.79/hr (2007)
- Top base pay- $23.58/hr (2007)
- Shift Differential pay- $.50/hr / FTO pay- $.25/hr / Sergeant pay- $1.50/hr
- 5% Pay increase (above base wage) w/ a bachelors degree or higher
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $1500
- Disability Insurance
- Sick leave- 12 days per year- up to 120 days accumulation
- Compensation Time- up to 40hr
- Holidays- 12 days per calander year (including 4 personal days)
- Vacation- 40 hrs after 1st year, 80 hrs after 2nd year, 8 hrs every year after- max. of 32 days (256 hrs.)
- Retirement- 100% paid Employer contributions and 5% paid Employee contributions
- Insurance- 100% dental insurance and Health Savings Accounts for medical by the Village
- Option- Employee participation in WI Deferred Compensation program
- Reimbursement for bullet resistant vest purchase-up to $650, and uniform allowance of $550/yr.
